Ingredients
Matcha Latte:
- 1–2 scoops Jade Leaf Matcha Latte Mix
- 2 oz warm water
- 1 cup milk
Tiramisu Topping:
- 30g mascarpone
- 10g sugar
- 30g heavy cream
To Finish:
- Dust with matcha powder
Instructions
1. Whisk the matcha latte mix with warm water until smooth.
2. Stir in milk to create the matcha latte base.
3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the matcha latte—don’t oversoak.
4. Layer dipped biscuits in a dish to form the base.
5. Whip together mascarpone, sugar, and cream until smooth.
6. Spread the mascarpone cream over the soaked layer.
7. Repeat layers as needed, finishing with mascarpone cream.
8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Dust with matcha powder before serving.
