Instructions
1. Sift matcha powder into a mug or bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add hot water and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
3. Heat and froth your milk separately.
4. Pour frothed milk over the matcha mixture.
5. Sweeten to taste and serve immediately.
