Ingredients
- 1 glass (8–12 oz) warm filtered water
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt, finely ground
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
1. Warm the filtered water to a comfortable drinking temperature—not hot.
2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir.
4. If desired, add raw honey and stir again.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice and high-quality pink salt for best results. Do not substitute with table salt. Skip honey if following a sugar-reduced plan.
