Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza crust (thin or chicken crust)
- 1/2 cup garlic cream sauce or sour cream–mayo blend
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced thin and patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil or garlic butter (for crust)
- Fresh dill or chives, optional (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
2. If using fresh dough, roll out and place on a preheated pizza stone or sheet.
3. Brush crust edge lightly with olive oil or garlic butter.
4. Spread garlic cream sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella across the entire surface.
6. Add pickle slices evenly on top of the cheese.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh dill or chives if desired.
9. Slice and serve hot.
