Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup warm water
- Ice
- Almond milk (you can choose your favorite milk)
Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until smooth.
3. Add the 1 cup of warm water and whisk again to combine evenly.
4. Fill a glass with ice.
5. Pour in the matcha mixture.
6. Top with almond milk and stir gently.
7. Adjust sweetness if desired.
Notes
Use a shaker bottle or mason jar if you don’t have a whisk.
Chill the water and milk beforehand for an extra cold result.
Try oat or coconut milk for a creamier texture.
