Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, stuffing mix, soup, sour cream, broth, and seasonings.
3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
4. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 10–15 more minutes until golden.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- To make it richer, add 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.
- Freeze unbaked for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before baking.
