Description

A creamy, nutrient-packed chia seed smoothie designed to boost energy, improve digestion, and help burn belly fat. This version includes strawberries for a naturally sweet, antioxidant-rich twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ green apple, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

1. Add almond milk to the blender first.

2. Toss in banana, apple, and frozen strawberries.

3. Add chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, and almond butter.

4. Include vanilla extract if using.

5. Top with ice cubes for your desired thickness.

6. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.

7. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.

Notes

Soak chia seeds for 10–15 minutes before blending for extra thickness.

You can substitute almond butter with peanut or sunflower seed butter.

To increase protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Use fresh strawberries if preferred, but frozen adds creaminess.
