- ¼ cup hot water, 176°F (80°C)
- ice cubes
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
- 1 cup milk of your choice
Instructions
1. Sift the matcha into a small bowl or cup to remove clumps.
2. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour brown sugar syrup over the ice.
4. Add your milk of choice over the syrup.
5. Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create layered effect.
6. Stir before drinking or enjoy as is.
