Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt – optional
1 cup + 2 tablespoons cottage cheese – 2%
1 egg – optional
Toppings: everything seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt (if using).
2. Add cottage cheese and mix until a sticky dough forms.
3. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
4. Optional: Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with desired toppings.
5. Place bagels in a preheated air fryer at 350°F for 10–12 minutes or until golden.
6. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cottage cheese.
